VIATICUM 2 responds to this reality by strengthening emergency response skills, boosting preparedness, and fostering strong cross-border cooperation among European civil protection organizations.

📘 An expanded European Volunteer Rescuers Manual with five new specialized chapters
🧭 A practical Pocket Rescue Manual for fast, on-the-field decision-making
🕶️ Virtual Reality training for immersive Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) scenarios
🤝 Hands-on simulations, digital learning tools, and shared European best practices
